Booking Policy
When booking please read and adhere to the booking policy below. Please make sure kids are at least 4 years of age and able to sit without a parent. Only clients who are receiving services are allowed unless you're the parent of the child. Be sure that your hair is washed and product free or additional fees may apply.
Cancellations
You must provide at least 24 hour notice if you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Deposits are non refundable.
Payments
Deposits are required upon booking of services. No exceptions. Remaining balances can be paid the day of your appointment.
Late Policy
A 15 min grace period is allowed. If you are late after the 15 min grace period your appointment will be canceled and your deposit will not be refunded.
